Thalia, a Worldwide Conference Manager for IBM and served on the board of Girls Rock Austin from 2012 to 2016 where she helped connect the youth with their creative side through the power of music. An Austinite since 1993, Thalia attended The University of Texas and went on to get an MBA in Marketing. She has worked as an Events Manager for IBM for over 15 years.
